Chris Rowlands is a musician, educator, and naturalist, but most important, he is an entertainer.

Getting his start working for the CT DEP, Chris performed and then went on to design the "Ray Cycle" program which discussed the importance of recycling, re-using and reducing our waste. Since then he has developed programs on a variety of topics including; oceanography, agriculture, dinosaurs, woodland life, and he also does artist-in-residencies.

Chris performs his unique programs around the country and has been seen at the American Museum of Natural History, Mystic Aquarium, The Big E, Peabody Museum, Beardsley Zoo, Cincinnati Natural History Museum and numerous schools, camps, fairs and libraries.

Chris has received national recognition for having the best agricultural education program in the country from the Association of Fairs and Festivals.

When he is not performing programs, he is a naturalist for the National Audubon Society, where he teaches natural history.
