Offering 8 themed weeks for students to draw, design and create clothing based on what inspires them most. Kids will learn pattern making, machine and hand sewing skills, and finishing touches in order to construct a garment that they can wear and treasure. A end of the week fashion show tops off a terrific and fashionable week. Here are a few of the weeks to choose from...
Shimmer & Shine - Glow under the moonlight and create using sequins, metalics and other sparklng details
Destination Extaordinaire - A mini cultural journey to another country will give students the opportunity to design based on local flair
Met & Me - After a designing visit to the Metropolital Museum's-Costume Institute, kids will return to studio to create their inspirational ideas from the trip
Join in the fashion fun beginning June 19th and continuuing weekly thru August 11th. Morning and afternoon sessions available.
