Great Backyard Bird Count Training Class

Come learn how to get involved in an annual citizen science project where you identify and count the number of birds in your backyard.

On Saturday February 10, 10 - 11:30 a.m. New Pond Farm will discuss ways to attract birds to your yard, show you all the steps and helpful apps to identify the birds in your backyard, and walk you through the steps on how to enter the data on the citizen science website for the Great Backyard Bird Count which runs between February 17-20.
This family friendly program is Free, but registration is required. Please register online or by calling (203) 938-2117.
