Join First Degree Black Belt Master Vinicius de Jesus as he teaches the self-defense mixed martial art of Jiu Jitsu.

Originating in Japan, the sport of Jiu Jitsu teaches concentration, dedication, and discipline that can be applied throughout everyday life. Practice take downs, arm bars, and leg locks while building self-confidence and exercising your mind and body, all in a fun, safe atmosphere. Each student, fully dressed in a sacred gi and belt, will learn the basic techniques it takes to become a Jiu Jitsu Master! Note: No prior experience is needed.
