Kids Yoga Series

This 5 week yoga series is appropriate for kids in kindergarten through 5th grade.

In a playful and fun environment express yourself through yoga poses and movement exploration. In this class we create the space to flow and BE YOURSELF. Learn how to focus and practice being calm and energized all at the same time. Yoga is a great tool to help you release stress and anxiety, develop balance and flexibility, and learn to be at ease in your body.
