The MILFORD OYSTER FESTIVAL has the largest variety of OYSTERS at any festival in the USA. There will be 35,000 oysters with 19 varieties from 8 states on the East Coast. Try one of each and enjoy our new craft beer section!

 

 

The 2017 Headliners

Blackberry Smoke is a Southern rock and roll band from Atlanta, Georgia. They have been #1 on the US Billboard Country and Americana/Folk charts as well as the UK Rock and Independent Albums charts during release week of their album Like an Arrow. Blackberry Smoke performed throughout the United States, Europe and Australia both as a headliner and as the supporting act for artists such as Zac Brown Band, Eric Church, ZZ Top and Lynyrd Skynyrd.

Since the bands formation in 2000 they have been playing over 250 shows a year gaining a huge audience for it's southern rock tradition.


 

The Artimus Pyle Band

The opening act for Blackberry Smoke will be the Artimus Pyle Band . Long considered the "wild man" of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Artimus Pyle's powerful and distinctive double bass drumming helped define the legendary Skynyrd sound. Artimus also worked with Charlie Daniels and Marshall Tucker expanding his career as a powerful session drummer. 

 

 

Dizzy Fish

DizzyFish, a band lead by Eric Herbst of Milford, combines the energy of classic rock and the passion of the blues to create live performances that keep audiences hanging on every note. The DizzyFish performance will include songs by Neil Young, CSN, James Taylor, The Beatles, Marshall Tucker, Eric Clapton, The Allman Brothers, The Rolling Stones and a couple of originals. DizzyFish members include Mike Nunno, Nick Longo, Greg Marshall, Ken Trapp, and Pete Blossom.
