It is never too early for kids (and their adults) to learn how to chill! Using traditional Indian yoga techniques, Miss Jyothi offers a relaxing time for all. (And nothing is cuter than a toddler in a yoga pose!) This program is designed for children 0 – 4 and and their caregivers.
