Nature Animation Camp At Audubon Greenwich (Grades 6-9)

Led by UMass Dartmouth Professor Michael Swartz, an award-winning digital media artist specializing in 3D animation, visual effects and game art, campers will explore the wilderness through an animator’s eyes. Campers will use elements in nature to design characters and sets and create a short animated film to share with friends and family. Campers will learn basic principles of animation, character design, stop motion animation, time-lapse photography and computer animation techniques. Each day, the focus will be on animals found in different habitats around the Audubon sanctuary, and the final day will include an opportunity for campers to present their work.

Grades 6-9, $600 members - $635 non-members
Camp Hours: 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. Late pick-up will be available from 3:30PM – 4:30PM during sessions 1 - 7; $50 per week
