Nike Yoga Camps

Nike Yoga Camps for Kids is perfect for ANY athlete: improve your range of movement for softball/baseball, maximize structural stability and strength for football, work on breathing techniques for running, or flexibility for gymnastics. Open to kids of all skill sets, camp will focus on a specific theme and pose each day and cover a wide range of activities from basic pose sequences, yoga games, strength and conditioning techniques, discussions on sport injury prevention, and fun arts and crafts. We have locations in Greenwich and Stamford.
