Random Farms is a not-for-profit musical theater program for young performers in grades K-12. Our programs include the Mainstage (grades 2-12), Workshop (grades 3-8), Jellybeans, (grades K-2), the Edge (grades 9-12), and our anti-bullying school tour, The New Kid. Students rehearse at our studios in Elmsford, NY and perform at the historic Tarrytown Music Hall and at Yorktown Stage.
We also offer groups classes, private lessons, and a number of outreach programs that give young performers the opportunity to use theatrical talents to help their communities.
Our Summer Workshop Intensives are back with the addition of a
fourth session for 2017!
Just like our regular Workshop program, every performer will have a speaking part and a solo! Performers will meet daily for full days packed with theater activities. Each day will include rehearsals to prepare for the final performance, as well as special lessons in unique theater skills, such as stage combat, improvisation, audition technique, and more.
