Two-Day February Vacation Camp

Camp payments are required in full to reserve a space for your child in our February Vacation Two-Day Camp program. If your child’s registration is canceled two months before the start of camp, a full refund will be issued. If the registration is canceled less than two months before the start, a full refund is subject to our ability to fill your child’s space.
Health & Medication Forms (All forms are due 4 weeks before the start of camp)
As a state certified camp we require a health form to be on file for every camper. We do accept school physical forms completed within the last three years that are signed and stamped by the child’s physician.
Campers needing prescription and/or nonprescription medications (epipen, benadryl, inhalers, Tylenol, etc) during camp will need a completed authorization of medication form by the child’s physician for each medication. We do NOT accept school authorization of medication forms. Prescription and/or nonprescription medications must be in its original container and box, labeled with the name of the child, name of the medication, strength, dosage, frequency, authorized prescriber and date of the original prescription. Place all medication in a ziplock bag labeled with the child’s name. All medications must be given to camp staff at check-in.
