2021 Auer Summer Day Camp at 4-H Education Center at Auerfarm

Auer Camp is a summer day camp that offers a wide variety of activities including but not limited to: outdoor education, arts and crafts, nature walks, cooking, creative drama, games, sports, garden and animal education. Our multifaceted programs highlight hands on learning in a unique setting. Campers will participate in daily farm chores and learn where their food comes; they will also be introduced to our animal care and husbandry curriculum.
We are located on a 120 acre, educational farm off of Rt. 185 in Bloomfield CT, right near the Simsbury, West Hartford borders. Our property, once a working farm, has a variety of ecosystems as well as animal and garden facilities for all to explore.
We offer camp programs for children ages 3-15, 1one-week sessions for 6 weeks of the summer, June 28th, 2021 through August 6th, 2021.
*Children may attend for multiple sessions
* Should Auerfarm receive any updates regarding COVID-19 procedures, they will be sent to all participating families.
Along with the items listed in the Welcome Letter, we ask that all attendees come with:
*Their own face mask
*Personal hand sanitizer
*Have their name on all of their belongings
