Auerfarm's Maple Sugar Program Classes
Learn how maple syrup is made step by step, from tree to finisher. Participants will be able to see the maple sugaring process from tree to Auer sugar house. They will be able to see how trees are tapped to collect sap and then how that is turned to syrup in our evaporator. You will also learn the science of a maple syrup finisher. Join us for an authentic farm experience to see how liquid thickens into syrup. You will also be given the opportunity to feel the texture, and have some of the tasty flavor. Group size is limited to 20 people to follow COVID-19 protocols.
