BeluYOGA at Mystic Aquarium

Time to perfect the dolphin pose because whales will be watching! During BeluYOGA, a yoga instructor will guide the class through a session benefiting everyone both physically and mentally, just like a beluga training session! The Arctic Coast underwater viewing area will provide the perfect backdrop to find inner peace and stretch out. The Wellness Wednesday session will likely attract a few marine mammal onlookers, adding to the experience.

BeluYOGA does not include admission into the aquarium and occurs before or after operating hours. Participants must bring their own yoga mats and water bottles to the class.
