School's Out: Pizza + Dessert with Vita - Lachat Town Farm (grades 2 to 5)

School's out, and it's a perfect time for a culinary trip to Italy with Vita, the original Italian foodie! Join us in Brian's Kitchen, at the new Offutt Education Center at Lachat Town Farm, as Vita shares what she learned from the expert hands of her family, and passes on these authentic Italian techniques.
The menu on Sept 25 will include tips on working with dough in two delicious ways, as kids learn to make both homemade pizzas and cookies. And at the end of the program, what better way to celebrate what they learned by enjoying the delicious meal they prepared together!
