FREE Community Yoga – this FREE all level yoga class, takes place one Sunday a month 10:30 -11:30am April thru October. Dates will be announced at the beginning of the month or you can check our class schedule.
It’s our way of giving back. We would love the opportunity to introduce you to the world of yoga and our community. These classes take place on the New Milford Town Green, just a few steps away from our beautiful studio on Bank Street. Open to the public and suitable for beginners! Learn how to relax, synchronize breathing and slow fluid movements, and cultivate inner peace. Taught by any one of our talented teachers.
Bring your own mat, water, and any props you may use in your practice.
