Learn the game. Build your skills. Have fun!
Sportslook Girls Instructional Flag Football at Insports is designed to introduce players in grades K–6 to the fundamentals of football while helping them build confidence, stay active, and develop a love for the game.
Participants will work on proper stance, throwing and catching techniques, movement, teamwork, and other essential football skills through engaging drills, activities, and game play. Players are grouped based on age and ability, allowing coaches to provide instruction and challenges appropriate for each group.
Whether your child is brand new to football or looking to continue developing their skills, this program provides a fun, supportive environment to learn the game, get plenty of reps, and grow as an athlete.
