Greenwich International Preschool and Kindergarten Summer School
Research tells us that children who continue to learn through the summer months excel during the academic year. The Greenwich International Preschool and Kindergarten summer program allows children to enjoy their vacation time while engaging their minds. We emphasize the importance of play by providing as much time outdoors as possible, as summer is the time for children to gain a deep appreciation for the environment. Children play in our enclosed playground, take swimming lessons twice a week at the Greenwich YWCA, and learn to care for themselves in the hot weather. Outdoor time is balanced with structure and activities such as swim classes, field trips to nearby nature centers, and daily arts and crafts using both natural and imported materials from around the world to provide a rich and lasting experience.
-Bilingual Summer Program
Our special bilingual sessions are dedicated to language learning where the children learn to explore language and culture.
We welcome children from ages 2 to 7. This unique course includes robotics and mathematics. Swim classes at Greenwich YWCA are available twice a week throughout the program. For more details, please contact Greenwich International Pre/K at 203-629-5567.
-ESL Summer Program
We prepare children to be school ready. Our program ranges from introductory to advanced levels of listening, speaking, reading, writing, grammar, pronunciation and public speaking.
