Learn to Skate (Late Winter 2026) at Sportscenter of Connecticut
Learn to Skate at The Rinks at Shelton with our Late Winter 2026 session. Programs are available for first-time skaters ages 3–5 in Snowplow Sam and for skaters ages 5 and up, including adult-only classes. First-time participants receive free skate rentals, and classes run weekly with multiple day and time options.

The Rinks Skating Academy at Shelton is excited to offer our Learn to Skate Late Winter 2026 session, designed for skaters of all ages and skill levels. Whether your child is stepping onto the ice for the very first time or looking to build confidence and technique, our structured classes provide a fun, supportive, and safe learning environment.
We offer Snowplow Sam classes for ages 3 to 5, as well as Learn to Skate classes for ages 5 and up, including adult-only sessions. Classes run weekly with multiple day and time options to fit busy schedules. First-time participants receive free skates to keep, and our experienced instructors focus on skill development, balance, and confidence while keeping lessons engaging and enjoyable.
