THIS WEEK IS NOW SOLD OUT
Bartlett camp programs offer immersion into the natural world through the exploration of the Arboretum’s 93 acres of forest and gardens. Programming is hands-on, and incorporates STEAM concepts (science, technology, engineering, art and math) in age appropriate contexts. In addition to week-specific programming, each camp segment allows time for games and relaxation appropriate to the age level. Our aim is to make nature inviting and engagement fun. Our theme this week is ANIMAL TRACKING. Our campers will:
- Identify different animal tracks in the Bartlett forest
- Create an animal footprint cast
- Learn about the food chain by making food chain nesting dolls
- Meet painted lady caterpillars and watch them grow
- Meet live animals
Camp Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Ages: Campers must be entering K - entering 5th grade.
Food: Snack provided, however campers should bring their own nut-free lunch.
Attire: Campers should dress appropriately for the weather
