Mark Making

Follow exhibiting artist Peter Liversidge’s guidelines for creating his geometric wall drawing, using simple straight lines and colored pencils to make large-scale drawings.
Scenery Sketches

2 to 4 pm
Can you create an entire world using a pencil? Explore Kim Jones’s intricate wall drawing that is populated with imaginary people and distinctive architecture, then try inventing your own unique civilization.
Foliage Fabrications
Wednesday October 12
2 to 4 pm
Inspired by artist Virginia Overton’s process of collecting materials from the sites where she exhibits her work, find leaves, twigs, and other natural matter from the Museum’s campus then create collages and sculptures.
