Gymnastics Holiday Camp Full Day

Important Info
- Please fill out an online waiver or update an existing waiver if you have not already done so
- Drop off time for camp is 9:00am
- Half Day Campers:
- Please provide you child with a snack, and water bottle
- Gymnasts please wear a Leotard or Shorts & t-shirt
- Ninja campers please wear shorts & a t-shirt or your Ninja Uniform
Pick up & Drop off
-Staff will greet you at the front entrance and perform a noninvasive temperature check.
-Children will be guided by staff to their appropriate coach.
-Please check camp page for which group entrance your child should check in.
-For pick up visit same door as drop off, provide staff with your child's name and they will bring your child out to you.
Cleaning
-Campers will have washed/sanitized hands prior to entering gym.
-Campers will be encouraged to wash/sanitize hands frequently throughout the day.
-Bathrooms and high traffic areas will be sanitized hourly.
-Lunch and craft areas will cleaned before and after use.
-Mats and gym equipment will be disinfeced in between groups.
-Gym will be vacumed twice throughout camp day.
-Coaches will follow rigorous handwashing procedures
Be Prepared With
-Please have all paperwork (physical) sent in to gcagym@gmail.com 24 hours prior to first day of camp.
-Send your camper with a snack, lunch (if you are staying full day), and a water bottle.
Camp Day
-Each group will have a 8 children to 1 coach ratio.
-Stations will be created to reduce the amount of physical contact, though spotting is inevitable.
