Holiday Open House!
The Downtown Fairfield University Bookstore, 1499 Post Road, Fairfield, CT 06824 (203) 255-7756 invites the public to a Holiday Open House on Saturday, December 9, 2017 from 11:00am-4:00pm. A variety of events are planned for all ages including live music, authors, costume characters, games, cake and balloons! Come and enjoy and discover some wonderful holiday gift giving ideas!

11:00am-4:00pm - Enter to Win RAFFLE PRIZES -- No purchase necessary, winners will be notified via email/phone. Prizes includes children’s picture books, Dragon’s Love Tacos T-Shirt and Holiday Gift Basket from GingerCares.com. All events are FREE unless otherwise noted.

12:30pm-2:00pm - ENTREE NOUS 2018 - Meet & Greet with creator Elizabeth Menke, 1st floor This guide book to 12 of Fairfield County’s finest restaurants, doubles as a personal invitation— when eating out for 2 at a featured restaurant, bring your guide book for stamping and one guest will receive a complimentary entree. Books available for purchase/signing.
1:00pm-2:00pm - Meet Children’s book character, North Pole Ninja and Lucas the Stag Mascot, Photo Ops and Goodies Bags while supplies last! 2nd floor
1:00pm-3:00pm - Guinness World Records Bookstore Challenge - Games & prizes, Test your skills with dominos, paper clips, plastic cups, paper airplanes, word search, chop sticks and more, fun for all ages, 2nd floor large table
2:00pm-4:00pm - Starbucks Cafe Live Music with Bob & Dave - Acoustic favorites the whole family will enjoy!
2:30pm - 4:00pm - Meet beloved Illustrator Lizzy Rockwell, 1st floor book signing, ZOO DAY, LIBRARY DAY, PLANTS FEED ME, A BIRD IS A BIRD, THE BUSY BODY BOOK: A KID’S GUIDE TO FITNESS, GOOD ENOUGH TO EAT: A KID’S GUIDE TO FOOD AND NUTRITION. Books available for purchase/signing.
