Scratchboard Family Workshop

Artist Francesca Anderson will lead families in this hands-on workshop while speaking about how she captures natural history in her illustrations of plants and wildlife.

Artist Francesca Anderson will lead families in this hands-on workshop while speaking about how she captures natural history in her illustrations of plants and wildlife. Families will have the opportunity to create their own sketches and scratchboard drawings inspired by the exhibition Flora and Fauna Drawings by Francesca Anderson (on view through October 30), while using taxidermy specimens from the Museum’s collection. This program is recommended for families with children age 8 and up. Free with Museum admission. Register by July 21 on http://www.eventbrite.com/o/bruce-museum-2044289553; space is limited.
