The Annual Memorial Day Pancake Breakfast brings the men and boys of St. Paul's together to serve thousands of pancakes, sausages and beverages to the expectant crowd gathered around the Town Hall Green to enjoy the historic parade.

All servicemen and servicewomen receive breakfast at no charge in our recognition and appreciation for their service to our country. All proceeds raised go to outreach. Past years' recipients have been Habitat for Humanity; Operation Hope; Bishop Curry's malaria prevention project (mosquito netting to people in Mozambique); Holy Trinity Elementary School in Port au-Prince, Haiti and Fairfield's "Wheels of Hope" bicycle program.

Pancake volunteers: Our traditional garb is blue oxford shirt; khaki pants or shorts; silly hat
