Dancing Jaguar's Spirit Camp is conducting free online classes to help children process their thoughts and emotions during the uncertain times we are living in.

Our class begins with a quick check-in with the new people on the call, I read a story to the children, ask questions about the story, then the children draw a picture or make a craft project while we're on the call. Children are invited to share their creations on our Facebook page. We teach techniques to stay positive, identify our emotions, and provide tools such as a gratitude collage, setting intentions for the day, etc. It's a safe place for children to gather in community, process, and learn coping strategies and tools.
