For the 31st year, Santa will make a special stop at Fairfield’s historic Burr Homesteadto mingle with visitors of all ages and spread holiday cheer with the help of some very special elves. Hosted by the Junior Women’s Club of Fairfield together with Presenting Sponsor Newman’s Own, “A Visit to Santa’s House” returns on December 2nd, 3rd and 4th. With the help of sponsors and community volunteers, the Burr Homestead will be transformed into a winter wonderland for the JWC’s annual fundraiser, the proceeds of which will support the Healing Tree Economic Development in Bridgeport, Conn.
Young visitors will enjoy making a unique holiday craftto take home, experience live entertainment including music, dance and martial arts demonstrations, stop into “Santa’s Salon” for face and nail painting and temporary tattoos, enjoy a treat from the bake shop, marvel at a model train display, and more.
