ZOOM - Transition Planning for Students with Disabilities

Learn about resources and guides that can help in planning and preparation for the transition to post-secondary experiences for students with disabilities - youth through adulthood. Registration is required. This is an online only presentation on Zoom.

We will discuss resources and guides from the NYSED Office of Special Education, the Western NY Collegiate Consortium of Disability Advocates, and the NY Housing Resource Center for People with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. These resources support planning in the areas of living, learning, earning, and connect to the development of the transition section in the Individualized Education Program. Presented by Monroe One's Mid-West Family & Community Engagement Center (FACE) and SUNY Brockport's Director of Student Accessibility Services.
