CIT PROGRAM at BANC

This program gives participants the opportunity to place the needs of others ahead of their own, share what they have learned and be a role model for younger campers.

CIT’s participate in camp staff trainings, weekly meetings, programming and service, while learning to work together with counselors and children to gain a basic understanding of summer camp operations. CITS must have completed 8th Grade by June 2015 in order to participate in the program.
