FIA Hockey

FIA Hockey is an intermediate class for the young hockey player, emphasizing the development of strong technique. Participants will focus on striding, stopping, backwards skating, puck handling, and shooting. Small area games will be used at the end of each class to introduce the early concepts of situational play. All players MUST be evaluated in a Hockey 101 class before joining the FIA Hockey programs.

This class will cover the proper technique of skating, stick handling, shooting, and game situations. The skills and drills will cover Hockey I, II, III, & IV. Players will be broken up by ability.
