Stamford FC, also known as the Stamford Youth Soccer League, provides year-round soccer training and development for boys and girls ages 4 to 20. Approximately 2,000 youth participate between a House League for beginners, a competitive Travel program for more experienced players, and Premier and Elite programs for advanced players.

During the fall and spring seasons, team practices are held weekday evenings for travel and premier teams and weekends for the recreation league. Games are on weekends. During the winter indoor season, schedules vary.
