Registered Dietitians design and create nutritional-rich cooking classes. Classes are designed for grades k-5. There is minimal baking, with lots of hands-on cooking. Kids will learn how to use different types of equipment and utensils. Putting kids in the kitchen at an early age can lay the foundation for positive eating habits and expose kids to a variety of foods and nutrition.
"Hands on" classes are 45 minutes in length. While Registered Dietitians outline the classes, they are taught by certified teachers. Recipes are fun, theme based and nutritional rich.
