Visit Museums, Attractions and State Parks For Free (or almost free)!
Many families visit their local library for the wonderful books, programs, classes, movies and homework help. But, did you know that many, many libraries throughout CT provide passes to area museums, attractions and state parks which give families free or discounted admission?? Generally referred to as Museum Passes, they actually cover a broad range of destinations. Some of the Connecticut libraries on our Big List only offer the passes to their card holders in good standing. But several libraries make the passes available to EVERYBODY with a valid CT library card! Take Note: penalties are steep for late and lost passes!
