Fire Keepers Advanced Teen Homeschool Program

In it there are opportunities to explore and create, and space for silence and reflection. Discover your true nature through our Teen Fire Keeper program. In this hands-on program, past students have learned ancient crafts like building a bow, making knives, crafting bowls, baskets, making leather and many other projects. Each semester is filled with different wilderness projects and adventures. Embark on a truly wild experience and make deep friendships with people who share your passion. Stoke your inner fire, become a teen fire keeper!

Program locations and Dates:
Mondays in Granby
Dates: March 13, 20, 27, April 3, 17, 24, May 1, 8, 15, 22
Overnight may 1st, no class on April 10th.
Location: Holcomb Farm, Granby
Thursdays in Newtown
Dates: March 23, 30, April 6, 20, 27, May 4, 11, 18, 25, June 1
Overnight may 11th, no class on April 13th.
Location: Sticks and Stones Farm, Newtown
Ages 13-16 years old
Time: 9am-3pm
Tuition: $675
Optional Overnight fee: $75/person
Please note: Because of increasing costs we have raised tuition and are no longer offering discounts for this program. We encourage any family that may not be able to attend because of finances to apply for a partial scholarship.
