Wakeman Boys & Girls Club was founded in 1913 and annually serves more than 3,000 members throughout Fairfield, Bridgeport, and surrounding towns at our two clubhouses and two school sites. For over 100 years, Wakeman Boys & Girls Club has provided young people ages 5 to 18 with a safe haven, academic enrichment, health and wellness programs, and character and leadership activities after-school, on weekends, and throughout the summer.
Wakeman BGC offers youth in Grades K-12 programming that focuses on academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good character & leadership, including an After School Program with bus transportation from all elementary and middle schools in Fairfield.
