 The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk |
Kids ages 6 to 15 can do a fun, hands-on deep dive into the world of sharks, seals and other marine animals during the 2025 Summer Camp programs of The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk. Young campers will explore the wonders of the ocean world through fun stories and games. Older kids will learn how technology and engineering can solve complex environmental problems like water pollution, marine debris, and storm resiliency. Our summer camp program integrates science with art and literature to deepen children’s understanding of animals and the environment.

 TADA! Youth Theater |
From June 16th through August 29th, TADA! offers week-long musical theater summer camps where children create and perform a brand new mini-musical every week. They write it, rehearse it and perform it - in just five days!

 Darien Arts Center |
Petite dancers (ages 3-6) will enjoy this joyful summer experience. Each day, ballet class will be followed by a dance-related craft, story ballet time, rythmn and choreography.
Students will be introduced to the beginnings of ballet and will develop their coordination, self-confidence, flexibility, focus, musicality and love of dance in a nurturing and positive environment.

Looking for something to do to take a break from fun in the sun? Come to the DAC for a week of fun in the arts! Each day, campers will work with different media, including projects with paint, collage and clay, according to age. Our DAC instructor will guide the campers through an afternoon of creativity and imagination, and each week they will have different projects to bring home. Please dress for mess! Grades K-2

Students in this class will learn freehand drawing and rendering, layout, and the use of basic drawing tools and various materials for the reproduction of images. They will learn the techniques to draw various characters, using their imaginations to create their own stylized art. Students study thematic elements, character development, visual effects, and learn about famous cartoons in historical and contemporary times.

 Rye Nature Center |
June Bugs (Pre-K to K) is the Rye Nature Center’s popular program for preschoolers and kindergarteners in the early days of summer. Children ages 3.5 through 6 years old will connect with nature through outdoor activities, arts and crafts, games, and hands-on ecology lessons. They will spend their entire program outside exploring the Rye Nature Center forest.

Mystic Seaport Museum offers a number of summer camps and programs that provide a unique learning adventure! Our Summer Day Camp offers campers ages 4 to 16 a kid’s-eye view of maritime history as they explore the Museum. Community Sailing day camps provide an opportunity for kids ages 6 to 15 to build and refine their sailing skills with our sailing instructors on the Mystic River. Our residential, Joseph Conrad Overnight Camp invites campers ages 8 to 15 to spend a week with us, learning to sail by day, participating in fun maritime themed activities in the evenings, and sleeping aboard a historic ship by night.
